About

Happiest when I’m growing my own, cooking and especially crafting, particularly in textiles. My seamstress Grandma taught me to sew in school holidays and after a long break, three children and redundancy from an office job, I returned to sewing and studied a Creative Approach to Textiles with the Open College of Arts.

I now thoroughly enjoy working in a community cafe and being a member of the Embroiderer’s Guild, a fabric book group and my local Knit and Natter. I’m a workshop addict and love to learn new techniques and share knowledge.
